Combining MOBA action with an NFT-based creator economy takes a lot of talent, so Perfect Storm contacted me to produce a series of videos to kick start their recruitment efforts.
How I Helped
I edited two short-form documentary featurettes that highlighted the company’s COO and Artistic Director.
Utilizing interview footage and extensive b-roll, these videos showcased the gaming studio’s unique work culture and gave a peek behind the scenes of what’s to come.
The Results
Some folks are skeptical of anything under the label of “Web3,” so Perfect Storm is set on building trust from the get-go. The videos aimed to help Perfect Storm showcase their authentic side, helping build confidence with their community of employees, investors, and players.
And it worked. Since posting the new documentaries to their website, Perfect Storm’s headcount has nearly doubled.
